Today I am going to show you one healthy breakfast idea that is super quick and easy for people who go to work and school.

You will Need :
(make sure the bowl is microwaveable)
Method
1. Pour your milk into your bowl and heat it in the microwave at 30 second intervals until it's the heat you want it . You can have your milk cold if you want , but I prefer it warm.
2. Next , place your wheat biscuits into the milk and stir with a spoon until it's well mixed.
3. Sprinkle on your blueberries or berries of your choice . I chose blueberries, because they are great anti-oxidants
4. Chop up your banana , sprinkle it on also and you're done !
