5 ways to make your home more festive this Christmas ! ~ Week to Xmas Day 5

Hey Everyone ,

As it's two days to Christmas Eve (SO EXCITING ) , today I'm going to show you 5 ways to make your home more festive this Christmas . Also , last night I hit 400 pageviews and I'm so surprised at how fast my number of views is getting higher . Thank you so so much .

Let's Get Started !

This first decoration is actually a homemade decoration , and its super easy to make . I was considering making a tutorial on it , but to be honest , it's so easy it doesn't even need a tutorial.  All you need are a piece of tinsel , a set of LED lights and batteries . First , wrap the tinsel around your banisters , (either the handrail or the wooden pillar pictured above) , and then wrap the LED lights on top of the tinsel . Secure the battery pack from the LED lights onto the top of the banisters, and you're done !

This next decoration is not homemade , but I have seen homemade ones made out of wood and LED powered candles and they look just as good . I love this Sofia Candle-bridge  because it is a really nice Christmassy effect on the windowsill , and since you can buy them or make them yourself , it's a great option to light up your window display for Christmas .

This next decoration is super inexpensive but has a really nice effect on a bedroom door around Christmas time . I bought this snowman in Euro Giant , and I thought it was so adorable I couldn't leave it in the shop. This is just a really fun way to make your bedroom that bit more festive around Christmas time , and since it's only made of wire in the shape of a snowman and some multi coloured tinsel , I'm sure it's not that hard to make at home.

I bought this light up cone from a gift solutions store last Christmas , and I have them either side of my Christmas Tree . They look so nice at night on display in a window , and again , I've seen loads of video tutorials on YouTube on how to make similar things , so if you are a bit of a crafts person , this might be a cool project to try out .

These lanterns are super cute and I bought this cream one from Penneys , or Primark in the UK . Inside I have a battery powered fake candle , which I think are a genius idea for anyone who has small kid in the house , or perfect for crafts like The Sofia Candle Bridge pictured above .

I hope you enjoyed this post , see you tomorrow ,

Bye x
